IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ORDERS TO BE DELIVERED OUTSIDE USA:
Outside USA & Canada:
Orders will be shipped through US Postal Services. USPS First Class International does not provide tracking
information and this usually takes 4 or more weeks to deliver. USPS Priority International will provide tracking
number and will take about 6 to 10 business days to deliver. If you choose the option through USPS Express
International, an additional shipping charge of $40 will apply. This option provides tracking number and will
take about 3 to 5 business days to deliver. However, we cannot guarantee delivery time as the package is
required to go through your local custom. Please note that you are responsible for any applicable custom duty.
Canada:
USPS First Class International will take about 4 or more weeks to deliver. If you want to expedite your order to
Canada, we offer different shipping options through Fedex Ground International for additional charge of US$20,
and USPS Express International for an additional charge of $30. Please note that we do not accept P.O. Box
addresses for the option through Fedex, and physical addresses are required.
You can choose any of the options after checkout. Please note that you are responsible for any applicable
custom duty.
To ensure your order is delivered to the correct address, and in a timely manner, please make sure your
shipping address is entered correctly. We will not be able to identify any errors for shipping addresses that are
outside of the US.
